BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) + citric acid preservative blend. **BHT concern:** synthetic antioxidant; EU permits at ≤100 mg/kg in fats; some animal studies show endocrine + carcinogenic signals at high doses, but EFSA + FDA maintain GRAS at typical use.
