How we reached this
Fully hydrogenated vegetable oils — saturated fats. Different from partially hydrogenated oils (which are trans fats). Fully hydrogenated is technically free of trans fat per FDA but heavy in saturated fat. Rated low because labels combining 'fully hydrogenated' with other oils often imply interesterification — a process used to mimic trans-fat texture/melting using fully-hydrogenated + liquid oil blends, raising cardiovascular concerns in some studies.
