How we reached this

Algal source of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) omega-3. Common in infant formula since EFSA approval 2003. Vegan/vegetarian-compatible alternative to fish-derived DHA. No heavy-metal-contamination risk that fish-oil DHA carries.
