How we reached this

Insoluble pigment (phthalocyanine/carbon/inorganic class) in the printed layer. Chemically stable, bound in the print, not skin-facing in normal construction. Carbon black's IARC 2B classification concerns inhaled particulate, a route a bound print does not present.
