How we reached this

Refined sunflower oil under its INCI name. Standard cultivars are linoleic-acid dominant (high omega-6); high-oleic cultivars are a materially different oil and are rated separately, higher. Lowered from 8 to sit with the dietary rows for the same substance ('sunflower oil' 5, 'organic sunflower oil' 6) — the 8 reflected topical cosmetic use, where an emollient oil carries none of the dietary omega-6 or oxidation concerns, and a food product linking the INCI-named row was picking up that rating by naming accident.
